1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if your order meets the following conditions:
- You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
- The item remains unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- The product includes all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
- You submit the request within 7 days of delivery.
Additionally, our team may request clear product images to verify return eligibility.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:
- Used, washed, or altered products
- Sarees without original tags or packaging
- Customized or specially ordered products
- Products purchased during clearance or special sales
Therefore, we encourage customers to review product details carefully before ordering.
3. Return Process
Step 1: Contact Support
Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.
Step 2: Share Order Details
Share your order information and upload clear product images, especially if the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
Step 3: Approval Process
After review, our team will approve eligible requests and share return instructions.
Step 4: Return Shipment
Securely pack the item and send it to the return address we provide.
Moreover, proper packaging helps prevent transit damage.
4. Refund Policy
After we receive and inspect the returned product, we process eligible refunds.
- We credit approved refunds to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we may issue refunds through bank transfer or store credit.
However, refund timelines may vary depending on payment providers or banks.
5. Exchange Policy
We currently offer exchanges only for:
- Damaged products
- Defective items
- Incorrect products received
Additionally, customers must submit exchange requests within 7 days of delivery.
6. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel orders before shipment.
However, once we dispatch an order, we may not accept cancellation requests. Therefore, please contact us quickly for assistance.
